We recommend this journal for ages 6-11. For older children, we recommend the Big Life Journal - Tween/Teen Edition.

The Big Life Journal — Daily Edition is independent of the Big Life Journal — Original (either the 1st or the 2nd editions). It can be a great next step if your child already completed the original journals (although completing the original journals is not necessary before working on the Daily Edition).

The Daily Edition is designed to be completed by a child on their own every day (it’s totally okay to skip a day or more as the journal is NOT dated).

It’s not dated.

The journal will last three months if completed every day. Your child can get a new journal and complete it again since the journal is not dated and it’s good to keep the daily practice going.
